We are a family run Mobile BBQ catering company in the UK specialising in bringing you mouth-watering taste from the grill with the influence of West African spices and flavours from across the world. We cater for all types of events, including your memorable Weddings, Garden Parties, Birthdays, Corporate Events and any other events you can imagine.
As mobile caterers, we are willing and always excited to travel anywhere—the further, the better. I mean, who doesn’t enjoy a road trip.
We prepare our food using traditional recipes handed down over many years, and we must stress the influence of spices we have encountered in over 30 countries we have visited.

Afro-Fusion. The term is used to describe food from West Africa and the diaspora. In our case it’s the combination of contrasting culinary traditions / techniques which can be found in the dishes on our catering menu.

As part of the NCASS Nationwide Caterers Association, we take pride in the cleanliness and the upkeep of our Due Diligence System. We will also provide you with the Public liability insurance and Risk Assessments carried for our business when required.
