How We Work

OPTION 1

Collection & Delivery

Your platters, sides, and party portions are prepared fresh in our kitchen, ready for you to collect or for us to deliver directly to your venue. Serving times and hourly staff rates do not apply.

OPTION 2

Live Catering (On Site)

Our team grills fresh over charcoal right in front of your guests. As standard, we provide a master grill chef and two dedicated serving staff. Larger gatherings can be staffed accordingly.

Live Catering Rates (Applies to live catering only)

STANDARD SERVING TIME 2 hours Included in your booking
ADDITIONAL HOURS £95 / hr Up to 7pm
EVENING HOURS £112 / hr Any additional hours after 7pm
MINIMUM FOOD SPEND £2,000 London, Essex & Kent
What We Need On Site
  • Uninterrupted power supply
  • Direct access to water
  • Dedicated parking close to the setup point
*Power and water are essential. We cannot grill without them.
Booking & Payment
  • A 30% deposit secures your event date
  • Remaining balance is due 10 days before your event
  • Confirm final guest numbers and menu 10 days prior
IMPORTANT BOOKING TERMS

Live Catering Terms & Conditions

  • Minimum spend: £1,750 within London, Essex and Kent. Events elsewhere may have a higher minimum. The minimum spend includes food, serving staff, plates and cutlery. 
  • Service time: Includes 2 hours of live grilling service. Extra hours are £95 per hour, or £112 per hour after 7pm. 
  • Travel charge: £2.50 per mile. 
  • Staffing: A grill chef and two serving staff as standard. Staffing costs may vary with the size of the event. 
  • On-site requirements: We need uninterrupted power, access to water, and parking close to the setup point. We can't provide live grilling without power and water. 
  • Dietary requirements: Our kitchen handles nuts (our suya seasoning contains peanuts) and seafood. Please tell us about any dietary requirements before the event. 
  • Booking and payment: A 30% deposit secures your booking. The rest is due 10 days before the event. 
  • Documents: Insurance, food hygiene rating and certifications are available on request.
