Shipping policy

We currently deliver our online shop products, such as Suya Spice, to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery costs

• UK standard delivery: £2.50 per order.
• Free UK standard delivery on orders over £20.

The delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch times

• Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 5pm are dispatched the next working day.
• Orders placed after 5pm on Thursday, or on Friday or Saturday, are dispatched on Monday.
• Orders placed on Sunday are dispatched on Tuesday.
• Orders due to be dispatched on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery times

UK standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by courier delays.

Delivery instructions

If you have any specific delivery instructions, please add them in the notes at checkout. We will do our best to follow them but cannot guarantee this.

Problems with your delivery

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, please email info@thesuyafactory.com with your order number. See our Refund Policy for your rights.

Restaurant food delivery and collection

Hot food ordered from our restaurant menu is available for collection or local delivery only. Delivery areas, charges and estimated times are shown when you place your order.
