Allergens: Our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts and seafood are handled. While we take care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to the risk of cross-contamination.

Dietary requirements: Please advise us of any allergy or dietary requirements in writing as early as possible.

Pricing: Prices are correct at the time of quoting and may be subject to change without prior notice. Your final price will be confirmed on the invoice once menu and guest numbers are agreed.

Live grilling minimum spend: Minimum spend for live grilling is £1,750 (excluding travel and any additional service hours, if applicable).

Travel: Travel costs apply and will be confirmed once we receive the event postcode.

Service time: Standard serving time is 2 hours. Additional hours are charged at £95 per hour. Serving times after 19:00 may attract a late-evening fee of £95 per hour.

Booking & payment: Dates are secured on a first come, first served basis. A 30% deposit plus travel is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

Site requirements: We require uninterrupted power, access to water, and parking close to the set-up point.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

Cancellation notice: Cancellations must be made in writing with at least 30 days’ notice before the event date.

Refunds:
If cancelled 30 days or more before the event date: we can refund 50% of the total amount paid to date.

If cancelled within 30 days of the event date: we can refund 30% of the total amount paid to date.

If cancelled within 7 days of the event date: no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days in advance and are subject to availability. If we are unable to accommodate the new date, the request will be treated as a cancellation and the refund terms above will apply.
